Apple banning racy content? Why now?
Just read that Apple has tightened its restrictions on all the crap "boob, babe, and bikini" apps in the App Store. What took so long?
I get sick of seeing all the crap apps in the App Store, especially when Apple restricts legitimate but "competing" applications. If Apple is going to play gatekeeper, then they should [...]
Blogging 101: Take a Tip from Newswriting with the Five W's
Who? When? Why? What? Where? How? If you don't answer those questions, why bother blogging at all?

Put some meat on it: Writing release announcements
I've been spending a fair amount of time away from the computer while on vacation, which has been nice, but I took some time yesterday to catch up on my RSS feeds. Even thought it's pretty quiet out there right now, I found several posts and announcements about beta releases, project releases, and so on.
Two [...]

K Desktop Environment is Dead: Long Live KDE
Following in the footsteps of Kentucky Fried Chicken KFC, the KDE Project is rebranding and getting rid of the full name "K Desktop Environment." Unlike KFC, KDE won't be offering crispy chicken and stale biscuits. What KDE will be offering is "distinct brands for the software that was previously referred to generically as 'KDE'." Instead [...]
